There is a young lady by the name of TAMARA who has over 10 years working at Lucky Wishbone. WOW!! Who does that? A happy employee, that's who. And that comes out whenever she takes phone-in orders. Very polite. Very professional. Very accurate with taking the order and repeating it back to the customer. Job well done, Tamara.
When in Tucson this is a must. I wish we had these in Mesa! THE BEST!
I have to first off by starting these, Saul the guy who took our order was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like I was family when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile, talked to like a friend and was treated with respect. The gentleman who made my order must have sprinkled magic over the food cause it was delicious!! I will ONLY order from this location for here on out and be a returning customer!!
It's no real surprise like every place else the prices have gone up but the quality of food is still excellent. I've lives in Tucson for 60 years and I've Loved this place for probably about 45 of the years I've been here. If you have never been you've got to try it try the steak fingers they are delicious and rather unique, and make sure and use the cocktail sauce the Lucky Wishbone sauce for it, no barbecue sauce no Ranch just get their Lucky Wishbone sauce. And you could always switch out a couple of shrimp for a couple of the steak fingers if you like.
Lucky Wishbone has been a favorite since I was 6. That’s 63 years of consistent quality. The only complaint I have is the 3 Wishbone Dinner is no longer available. I understand it’s a vendor that stopped offering them.
I have eaten at a lucky wishbone years ago and I didn't care for what I ordered. Yesterday I was at *Frankie's* next door and they have 1 of the best Cheese Steak sandwiches in Tucson.
Great menu choices. Was so pleased to see chicken livers & gizzard! Delicious fries and onion rings. All of our food was well prepared, well seasoned, and tasty. Courteous and professional customer service. All three employees went above and beyond and made thus visit a really good experience. Thank you!
I’ve been eating Lucky Wishbone since high school days in the 70s and occasionally popped into the one on Ina. I would say the shrimp has gotten a little smaller, garlic toast isn’t quite as thick but it still taste just as good as ever love the cocktail sauce steak fingers are excellent Things change but mostly I think they’ve done a good job making the stores nicer keeping the food good thank you
